1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Lions Club Donation Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Donations

Donations are voluntary and, unless otherwise stated, non-refundable. Eligible donations receive an 80G tax receipt. Recurring donations continue until you cancel them from your dashboard.

4. Events & Volunteering

Event registration and volunteer participation are subject to availability, capacity limits, and any guidelines we provide. We may update or cancel events when necessary.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, Lions Club is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
